  • SNAP & Medicaid cuts: Tighter work requirements, reduced eligibility, state cost-sharing mandates, elimination of SNAP-ED, and bans on Medicaid for gender-affirming care.

  • Tax overhaul: Permanently extends Trump-era tax cuts, adds new deductions, and introduces "MAGA accounts" for newborns.

  • Education: Overhauls the student loan system, eliminates subsidized loans, and repeals borrower protections.

  • Environment & Energy: Repeals nearly every Inflation Reduction Act climate program, slashes EPA funding, rescinds clean vehicle credits, and mandates fossil fuel leasing.

  • Al Preemption: Bans states from regulating Al systems for 10 years, centralizing authority in federal hands.

  • Military spending: Dramatic increases in weapons systems, Al for defense, and border militarization.

  • Immigration & Border: Expands fees, hardens enforcement, restricts asylum eligibility, and funds wall construction.

  • Federal workforce: Weakens civil service protections, hikes FERS contributions, and introduces "at-will" federal employment.

  • Debt ceiling: Raises the debt limit by $4 trillion.

Implications:

This bill is a maximalist expression of the GOP's 2025 agenda. By using reconciliation, it bypasses the filibuster and packages together over a dozen committee prints into a single vehicle. It:

  • Dismantles most Biden-era climate investments

  • Dramatically shifts federal aid toward work-conditioned and restricted models

  • Sets dangerous precedent by federally preempting Al regulation

  • Expands surveillance, border militarization, and anti-immigrant measures

  • Further privatizes healthcare, higher education, and energy

If enacted, it would mark one of the most dramatic restructurings of federal governance in modern history.

Trump in 2020: “We have to go by the laws. We can't move in the National Guard. I can call insurrection but there's no reason to ever do that, even in a Portland case. We can't call in the National Guard unless we're requested by a governor.” Today he threatened to arrest the governor for telling Trump he doesn’t have that authority.

Co-founder of Latinos for Trump: “This is not what we voted for. I have always supported Trump, @realDonaldTrump, through thick and thin. However, this is unacceptable and inhumane. I understand the importance of deporting criminal aliens, but what we are witnessing are arbitrary measures to hunt down people who are complying with their immigration hearings-in many cases, with credible fear of persecution claims-all driven by a Miller-like desire to satisfy a self-fabricated deportation goal. This undermines the sense of fairness and justice that the American people value."

"If they spit, we will hit." This is a statement from the President of the United States concerning the catastrophic Gavin Newscum inspired Riots going on in Los Angeles. The Insurrectionists have a tendency to spit in the face of the National Guardsmen/women, and others. These Patriots are told to accept this, it's just the way life runs. But not in the Trump Administration. IF THEY SPIT, WE WILL HIT, and I promise you they will be hit harder than they have ever been hit before. Such disrespect will not be tolerated!

Trump Orders ICE Vengeance on ‘No Kings’ Protest Cities with this insane rant from Trump one day after two democrats were assassinated by a MAGA. Trump is issuing an arrest warrant for trans people, immigrants, democrats and Americans in cities.

Trump writes on Truth Social:

Our Nation’s ICE Officers have shown incredible strength, determination, and courage as they facilitate a very important mission, the largest Mass Deportation Operation of Illegal Aliens in History. Every day, the Brave Men and Women of ICE are subjected to violence, harassment, and even threats from Radical Democrat Politicians, but nothing will stop us from executing our mission, and fulfilling our Mandate to the American People. ICE Officers are herewith ordered, by notice of this TRUTH, to do all in their power to achieve the very important goal of delivering the single largest Mass Deportation Program in History.

In order to achieve this, we must expand efforts to detain and deport Illegal Aliens in America’s largest Cities, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where Millions upon Millions of Illegal Aliens reside. These, and other such Cities, are the core of the Democrat Power Center, where they use Illegal Aliens to expand their Voter Base, cheat in Elections, and grow the Welfare State, robbing good paying Jobs and Benefits from Hardworking American Citizens. These Radical Left Democrats are sick of mind, hate our Country, and actually want to destroy our Inner Cities — And they are doing a good job of it! There is something wrong with them. That is why they believe in Open Borders, Transgender for Everybody, and Men playing in Women’s Sports — And that is why I want ICE, Border Patrol, and our Great and Patriotic Law Enforcement Officers, to FOCUS on our crime ridden and deadly Inner Cities, and those places where Sanctuary Cities play such a big role. You don’t hear about Sanctuary Cities in our Heartland!

I want our Brave ICE Officers to know that REAL Americans are cheering you on every day. The American People want our Cities, Schools, and Communities to be SAFE and FREE from Illegal Alien Crime, Conflict, and Chaos. That’s why I have directed my entire Administration to put every resource possible behind this effort, and reverse the tide of Mass Destruction Migration that has turned once Idyllic Towns into scenes of Third World Dystopia. Our Federal Government will continue to be focused on the REMIGRATION of Aliens to the places from where they came, and preventing the admission of ANYONE who undermines the domestic tranquility of the United States. To ICE, FBI, DEA, ATF, the Patriots at Pentagon and the State Department, you have my unwavering support. Now go, GET THE JOB DONE! DJT

As Floods Hit, Important Roles Were Vacant at Weather Service Offices in Texas. Some experts say staff shortages might have complicated forecasters' ability to coordinate responses with local emergency management officials.

The National Weather Service’s San Angelo office, which is responsible for some of the areas hit hardest by Friday’s flooding, was missing a senior hydrologist, staff forecaster, and meteorologist in charge. The Weather Service’s nearby San Antonio office, which covers other areas hit by the floods, also had significant vacancies, including a warning coordination meteorologist and science officer. All of these vacancies were due to federal cuts and retirement buy outs aimed at reducing the federal workforce. Under the Trump administration, the Weather Service, like other federal agencies, has been pushed to reduce its number of employees. By this spring, through layoffs and retirements,  the Weather Service had lost nearly 600 people from a work force that until recently was as large as 4,000. Some forecasting offices began to close down at night, and others launched fewer weather balloons, which send back crucial data to feed forecasts. The Weather Service said it was preparing for “degraded operations,” with fewer meteorologists available to fine-tune forecasts.

The landmark Nurses' Health Study, a cornerstone of women's health research for nearly 50 years, faces an existential threat as part of the Trump administration's sweeping cuts of federal funding to Harvard University. The study has yielded more than 3,800 published scientific papers to date, yet according to Dr. Walter Willett, the professor who has led the studies since 1980, this represents just the beginning of its potential scientific contributions to better understanding women's health.
